SO EASY YOU CAN STEALTH SOLO THIS QUEST WITH 1 INSTANCE RESET TO GET THE 2ND CUP. Absolutely no reason to be tanking without this once you can get the quest at level 78.

Sonic Booster - Crafted would be #2 I think... but you have to be a Engineer... bummer
Commendation of Kael'thas - Still good if you are not a Jewelcrafter, Engineer, or Alchemist.
Weapon- Again, these will be ranked differently after the armor change... So I look ignoring the current armor bonus.
Staff of Trickery - Heroic Violet Hold might become the best pre raiding staff.
Enraged Feral Staff - Heroic Utgarde Keep
Stave of Shrouded Mysteries - Revered with Kirin Tor
Witch Doctor's Wildstaff - Normal Gundrak

I like seeing the gear that you are aiming for, but as far as tanking goes i am curious to see what stats you are aiming for. LIek how much dodge, stam, etc, for starting to MT Naxx? That way i can see what i have and compare the upgrades you are looking at, to be able to meet the same stat goal. I hope that makes sense?
Honestly I never really shot for any specific numbers.
If you are going to start main tanking Naxx 10 I would say a good way to go is best you can get in slot easily and then just go.
10 man Naxx is not that hard. You are uncrittable with talents so you don't need a certain defense or res #.
Look to get the quest helm, have polar chest, belt, and boots made socket with +25 STA gems. Get the quest gloves, Kirin Tor rep pants. Have Trollwoven shoulders made or get the quest ones. Go in with either a quest rare staff, Trickery or other Heroic Drop staff, Kirin Tor rep staff, or even SSC staff. Forest Lord at worst case scenario. Violet epic ring from old kara rep runs, old heroic badge ring, hell... any rings with armor including reward ring from Wrath. Old SSO neck, Idol of Terror, MrT commendation, Badge of Tenacity or even quest reward trinket with armor or smoking heart.
Enchant, get leg armor stuff, the right food and pots, and you are good to go.
